Before your appointment

  • Provide accurate details about your desired makeup and hair services.
  • Ensure your location has good lighting and an accessible electrical outlet.
  • Arrive with clean, dry hair and a clean face free of makeup and hair products.
  • Share any known allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities before your appointment.
  • Cover any parking fees or charges at your event location.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate details about your desired makeup and hair services.

  • Share any known allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities before your appointment.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations must be made in writing.
  • If the Client cancels, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • If cancellation occurs less than 3 days before the event, the full remaining balance is still due.
  • If the Artist must cancel, the deposit is fully refunded and reasonable efforts will be made to arrange a replacement artist.

6. Delays

  • A late fee may be charged if the Client is late for the appointment.
  • The Artist will make reasonable efforts to accommodate delays, but full service cannot be guaranteed if the Client is significantly delayed.

7. Health and Safety

  • The Client must disclose allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities before service.
  • The Artist may refuse service for health-related concerns (such as contagious illness, open wounds, or skin infections).
  • Looks By Anum is not responsible for allergic reactions or injuries when standard industry practices are followed and the Client has disclosed all known allergies or sensitivities.

8. Liability

  • Looks By Anum is not responsible for allergic reactions or injuries resulting from services when standard industry practices are followed.
  • It is the Client's responsibility to inform the Artist of any known allergies or sensitivities before service.
  • The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Looks By Anum harmless from claims or damages arising from services provided, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Artist.
